We always felt in control of the build, due to the open lines of communication.
We wanted bespoke architects and builders rather than something already on a plan. Being the second time we built, we knew what we were looking for and Hayden and his team could deliver that. We had the most fantastic builders and project manager, who had a great relationship with us directly and their craftsmanship was meticulous.
For us it was a no-brainer going with Hayden and his team. We had gone out for quotes with other companies and Sentinel were the only ones who came up to site and understood the challenges of our unique location. Their quote was considerably more detailed and price competitive when we saw what the other companies were omitting in theirs.
Designing a home can be overwhelming however Sentinel made this very easy for us and designed a beautiful home. Their communication is excellent and they are very professional. We love their work and highly recommend Maree and her team at Sentinel Home.
