How long does the build process typically take?
On average, a standard build takes between 18 and 24 weeks from the start of construction.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes. We offer fixed price contracts “from slab up”, meaning once your foundations are poured, the rest of your build is fixed price. The ground can occasionally hold surprises that only become clear when we start digging. We’ll give you a clear estimate for the groundwork and foundations, and in most cases, costs are as expected. From there, you’ll have the certainty of a fixed price for the rest of your home.
Can I make changes during the build?
Changes can often be accommodated early in the process. Your project manager will guide you on what's possible and any cost or timeline impact.
What is included in the 10-Year Master Build Guarantee?
