Logan loves the outdoors and is a keen long distance trail runner and part of the LandSAR search and rescue team. He is also a passionate NRL fan. Logan is married with three children that he spends as much time with as he can with. Logan comes from a building background, and has been a Quantity Surveyor for 16 years in the commercial and residential construction sector. Prior to this Logan spent 5 years in sales with Vodafone. Logan’s ability to think outside the square, and his sales prowess are invaluable, and makes him an ideal person to work for Sentinel Homes.

Dennis project manages the civil side of business for our multi unit projects and has been in the industry for 25 years. As the son of a builder he was pretty much born with a hammer in his hand and dragged along to construction sites as a kid. Dennis holds a wealth of experience across the industry from building architectural homes, high rises and bridges, rebuilding damaged homes for insurance companies, and has spent the last 9 years in project management. Dennis loves working with clients on a home they have designed and seeing their excitement through the different stages of the build.

After hours you can find Dennis with his dog at the beach, surfing, fishing and enjoys a spot of karaoke after dark.

Maree has been in the new property industry in Auckland for over 15 years. She’s used her marketing and communication skills to build a team of experienced staff and trade partners who operate across both Design & Build and Subdivisional work

Her team have been winning GOLD at the House of the Year Awards since 2011 and are known for thoughtful design, superb workmanship and transparency of communication. Their referral base speaks volumes to the success they have enjoyed in building this family run company.

Outside of work, Maree loves the outdoors; especially the beach. Hiking, swimming, exploring – Maree is all about adventure.

Damian has worked with Sentinel Homes for 12 years now and looks after all the accounts, ensuring our trade partners and staff are all paid on time. He loves to balance and tally the figures and has a keen eye to make sure we are staying on track and keeping a close eye on our project budgets.

When he isn’t balancing the books you can find Damian working in his vegetable garden and playing a game of badminton.

Prior to joining Sentinel Homes over 5 years ago, Steph spent most of her career in Human Resources, working in both corporate and consulting roles.   Her passion for people, combined with her ‘obsession’ with residential architecture and design, is what motivated her to join Sentinel.  Steph loves meeting new people and working with them to understand their motivations for building a new home.  Steph’s role is to guide clients through the design, specification and pricing process and her clients appreciate her attention to detail and the time she invests to make sure they love their new home. Outside of work, Steph loves getting amongst nature, paddleboarding at the local beach or walking the Waitakere Ranges tracks.  Her, and hubby Rod, love good food & wine and are avid animal lovers, with 2 adorable canine ‘babies’.

With a long history in business development,  Leon loves using those skills to build great relationships across all facets of his business.  He particular enjoys seeing concept plans come to life when he visits the finished product that was once just an idea on paper.  He derives great satisfaction from a job well done.

Outside of work he loves surfing the beautiful beaches around Auckland and is known for his passion of coffee and sugar.  

Christie joined Sentinel Homes in 2016 and has a passion for making things simple and easy.

As our GM, Christie knows how important it is to have a great team who share the company's commitment to building quality homes for our clients and creating an environment where our teams can thrive and deliver amazing client outcomes.

Christie's key skills include planning, strategic decision making, implementation of process improvement programs along with knowledge of fiscal management, HR management, and residential construction regulations and health and safety. You can expect 100% transparency, honesty and integrity when working with Christie!

Outside of work Christie loves spending time with her family, making memories - going on road-trips around NZ and abroad.

Rhiannon helps Design & Build Clients get from contract signing to approved Council consent.  Rhiannon enjoys working with clients to ensure their plans and specifications are the perfect fit.

Outside of work she is the ring master of her travelling circus of two girls, two dogs and a cat.  She enjoys organizing and reading, averaging 100 books a year!

Jono is a seasoned construction professional with 20 years of experience under his belt, starting out as a builder and then moving into the role of project management . He thrives on seeing projects come to life, knowing that he is contributing to something special and valuable for his clients. When he’s not on the job site, you can find him spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, or trying a new adventure.
