Greg and Anna Sinnott have built over 1000 homes in the last 19 years. With two teams based in Cromwell and Dunedin, they lead a dedicated staff who take immense pride in their work.
The Sinnotts are passionate about the building industry, seeing each home as a lasting legacy. They cherish the excitement a new home brings to a family and often form lasting relationships with their clients throughout the nine-month journey of building. For Greg and Anna, a key part of the process is gaining their clients' trust and confidence through attentive listening and genuine care. They enjoy celebrating the completion of a new home, often sharing a wine or beer with their clients at handover.
After 18 years in Cromwell, Greg and Anna now live in Dunedin with their three teenage boys. Their weekends are spent supporting their children in various sports, and they are proud sponsors of numerous local sporting organizations. Anna volunteers on several school and sports committees. Greg, after a long rugby career, now plays Masters football and coaches and manages sports teams.
