2019 was the best ever year for the Sentinel Homes team at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards!
Back in August, the team pulled in an impressive haul of awards – the North West franchise in particular were over the moon to be awarded not one, but TWO golds. One of those was a gold reserve medal for Auckland in the new home category, 450k to 600k.
That incredible achievement was a coup in itself, but the gold reserve win also made them eligible to attend the Registered Master Builders national awards to compete for the overall winner! The team felt so honoured to stand among the country’s best, and are extremely proud of the results – the home was ranked in the top three for the category, and took its place among the country’s best 100 houses.
